Every designer I’ve talked has had an issue trying to present to clients remotely, especially on interactive projects like websites or apps. Clientshow is trying to tackle this with an application that makes it easier to present to clients, schedule reviews and insure everyone’s on the same page when it comes to design.

via CLIENTSHOW.
In a way, it kind of reminded me of ConceptShare, which I’ve used in the past and seemed to work great.

I have to agree with every single statement collected on David Airey’s post describing what graphic design schools are seriously lacking in some areas.
Personally, I felt I had to learn a lot of what I needed in the “real world” on my own. That said, it didn’t seem like there were enough hours in a class to learn everything that seemed important.

via Doritos Packaging Concept on the Behance Network.
Really dig this concept for Doritos chips. Not only does it have a form factor that catches your eye, but the way it functions as a closable container is great.

Summary of Presentation:
One of the most important aspects of creating great experiences with Flex is to maintain a solid workflow for bringing static designs to life. Join Juan Sanchez as he walks through UI design and production workflows for Flex using Fireworks, Flash and Flash Catalyst. There will be great take-aways for both designer and developers who strive for efficiency in creating pixel-perfect Flex apps.
